This policy explains how Carton Forming Machine Sourcing handles information submitted through inquiry pages. It is a procurement-service notice, not a claim that we operate a factory database of audited plants.
The inquiry form collects name, work email, optional company, optional phone and a procurement requirement. Optional budget notes and supplier preference are merged into that requirement field at submit time when JavaScript is available. We do not add extra backend field names for those preferences.
We use the inquiry to clarify carton forming specifications and to request factory quotes. We may share relevant technical details with potential suppliers for that purpose. We do not sell inquiry lists. Destination, quantity and timing are treated as commercial data for quote comparison, not as marketing content.
Because this site does not publish a street address or telephone number, privacy questions should use the same inquiry form. We keep inquiry records as needed to complete the sourcing request and to meet applicable record-keeping duties. Do not send payment card numbers in the requirement box.
